They carry local honey that’s perfect for allergy season, farm-fresh eggs with yolks so golden they practically glow, and—this is huge—they’ve just added a fresh seafood market right next door. Yup, you read that right: fresh, local seafood in Longs, located at 6951 Highway 90 (just past Bistro 90, another of our favorite places, and right before the Speedway on the right-hand side). You can literally grab your eggs, honey, produce, and shrimp in one swoop.
Markets like Low Country bring the convenience of a mini-grocery with the soul of a family farm. You’re not just buying food—you’re supporting the local economy and eating seasonally. Plus, it’s fun! There's something satisfying about choosing your own peaches or chatting with the person who gathered the eggs you’re about to scramble.
